Lead U workshops are fast-paced, interactive sessions designed for students in grades 6–12. We combine humor, movement, discussion, and emotional depth to help students develop leadership skills, strengthen school culture, and navigate life with more clarity.

More than elementary

Lead U may be best known for our elementary assemblies — but these workshops are the reason middle and high schools keep bringing us back. If you’ve been looking for a way to reach older students in a way that feels real and relevant, you just found it.

Workshop FORMAT

We’re relatable, real, and ridiculously good at holding students’ attention.
No one’s zoning out. No one’s being talked at. Every workshop is built to connect, challenge, and move your students forward with just the right balance of energy & emotional grounding.

⏱️ What to Expect

  • Grades: 6–12

  • Group size: Up to 75 students

  • Length: 60 minutes (can extend to full-day- let us know what your group needs!)

  • Format: Gym, open space

  • Delivery: One-off or multi-day series

  • Style: Movement, group work, personal reflection, discussion
